I'm Deputy Director of Information, Service and Resources in the HQ of the Israel Tax Authority. I have over seven years of experience in daily operations management, project management, decision making, strategic planning, risk management, work process development, agenda development, budget management, mass hiring, event planning and establishment of new departments. I have worked on some of the Tax Authority's most crucial customer-service improvement projects, including the creation of digital services, and have been recognized with several awards.I'm currently managing the project of opening new service centers in new locations. The roll includes liaising and coordinating between different factors in and out of government, making sure time tables are met and dealing with complex bureaucratic procedures. I'm currently also managing several projects, whose goals are to improve service delivery and quality. These projects are in preliminary stages and involve the utilization of social media and digital infrastructure as well as work process improvement. I'm also in-charge of daily operations management of over 150 employees in 20 service centers and back office centers spread throughout the country.In addition to my permanent position, I have served as Election Manager in the 2018 Municipal Elections for the city of Givatayim, Regional Election Manager in the Elections for the 21st Knesset (2019) in Ha Sharon Regional Election Committee, and since the Elections for the 22nd Knesset (2019), I serve as the Deputy Committee Manager for the Tel Aviv Regional Election Committee. These roles entail managing and overseeing preparations for elections, legally as well as logistically.Colleagues describe me as a 'super-tasker', a high level organizer and highly creative in problem solving, especially in finding creative ways of overcoming complicated bureaucratic obstacles. Being a borderline millennial myself, I have a unique perspective, which allows me to manage and motivate millennials and non-millennials, utilizing the strengths of both, thus enabling collaboration between the two in diverse teams, which in my experience are the most effective. I have a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
