CurrentResponsibilities: 1. Monitor and reconcile bank records 2. Facilitate bank transactions as needed 3. Review weekly petty cash, cash collection reports and cash counts 4. Weekly input of data into QuickBooks and reporting to team members Daniel Kamara - 2022 Page 1 5. Generate all Sierra Leone financial, HR and legal or compliance reports 6. Maintenance and organization of all office files and google documents for SL Finance Office 7. Submit reports and records to the U.S. office 8. Purchasing if the case arises or it is deemed necessary 9. Work with the US Finance Director, Director of Dental Ministry and Partner Engagement and Facility & Logistics Officer in making and data entry of budgets 10. Give update on budget expenses to the U.S. office, Director of Dental Ministry and Partner Engagement and Facility & Logistics Officer on a weekly basis 11. Prepare, work with US office and carry out all required Audit preparation, engagement, field work and reporting 12. All Sierra Leone Human Resource (HR) duties which include: creating and maintenance of staff contracts, police clearance, employee personnel files, benefits/medical allowance tracking, annual leave schedule, attendance sheets, taxes and employment law in coordination with the Chief of Operations as well as approved updates of the Employee Manual 13. All Sierra Leone Legal and Compliance duties, research, and alignment in coordination with the Chief of Operations 14. Attend all government meetings including but not limited to SLANGO, MOFED, Parliament as one of the GCPN representatives with preparation of documents for registration and reporting 15. Internal office and field work including travel for internal audits of project and partner engagement as directed and approved by US office ❖ Additional-duties may also be required
