Head of Systems.Responsible for the development, data entry, live start-up and introduction of the full operational system companywide. My tasks include raw data entry (Serial numbers, part numbers and codes, stock control, quotations, sales orders, repair orders & more). Other tasks included our tenuous transfer from our paper records to our new digital platform. This included the coding of new customer accounts, creating digital counterparts to all our physical quotations, receipts and repair orders; followed by our manual input of inventory and stock (over 36,000 individual parts!). The system has been successfully implemented companywide since the beginning of 2024, and is now being used by all departments to provide insights into sales, finances, projections as well as basic operations for incomings and outgoings and customer receipts. I now offer an auditory advisory role, technical training to employees and inputting any new inbound data.Most recently I have transitioned into a more hands-on engineering role, by spending the majority of my time in the metalwork workshop. Learning the ins and outs of lathing, welding, drilling, dismantling and repairing of Earth moving and destructive equipment (loaders, bulldozers, excavators, crushers etc). Allowing me to develop highly detailed technical booklets and reports for our clients as well as our internal upper-management.

Project Manager, Client Outreach, Client Liaison. My main task entailed reaching out to potential clients and increasing awareness of our services (Teambuilding events and mental health expos). This was achieved through personalising emailing, cold calling, scheduled meetings etc. Followed up by negotiations and terms agreements. Other tasks included managing logistics of events, itinerary writing and acting as the chief liaison between our firm and our clients.

Deputy Manager at Coffee Tea Store. The majority of my duties were dedicated to product management and HRM related tasks. In terms of HRM I was responsible for hiring, talent acquisition, interviewing, protocol and procedural training, contract negotiations and many more. In terms of product management, my duties included generating and nurturing partnerships with firms to display their merchandise in our store. Personally, I landed a partnership with Illy Cafe, one of the largest coffee producers worldwide. I was also responsible for stock control of ingredients for our produce sections, including taking delivery with quality control and inspection. Market research, negotiation and purchasing of merchandise to be displayed in our store, pricing and barcoding as well as the setup and training of the entire POS and backend system.

Completed training and worked a brief stint as a customer service representative at Teleperformance. I was noted as the highest level English speaker and was reserved for particularly challenging and technically intensive customer service events.
