Hi, I'm Daniel!I'm currently studying Business Administration at Coventry University, expecting to graduate in 2025 with full honours and top of my graduating class. I pride myself on being doggedly hard working, concise, detail oriented, punctual and with a go getter attitude. Never shy to ask questions, I always want to act like a sponge for any and all information/experience. I believe in being the best version of myself, which is why I work to develop my skills everyday. I have work experience in retail, project management, customer service, client liaison, event planning and recruitment. My work in retail management was invaluable to my self development as it offered me the opportunity to work in so many roles. From creating partnerships with brands such as IllyCafè to display products on our shelves, training staff on POS systems, recruiting and releasing staff, sourcing, barcoding, displaying and managing stock/stock levels. These are but a few of the multitude of activities I learned and was responsible for. I worked briefly in the customer service representative field with Teleperformance, learning the importance of emotional intelligence and sharpening my interpersonal skills, as well boosting my confidence and problem diagnosing/solving skills. I thrived in the project management environment, working with Spark Events (formerly Optimistic Spark). My duties included client outreach, landing partnerships, client liaison, networking, project management, project planning and coordination, staff training, a multitude of HR duties, itinerary writing and so much more. Most recently, I am proud to be working at the prestigious Atta Sons, where I have undertaken extensive job rotation, with tasks ranging from data entry, barcoding, HR interviews, stock control and management, pricing, profit analysis, warehouse management and so much more!Thank you for taking the time to read about me, I would love to connect with new people, feel free to message me at any time!
