I am MSc in leadership and management with focus on organizational mediation, and an ITIL certified, Lean/ Six Sigma practitioner with strong project management skills with deep understanding of the insurance and SSC industry. Continuous improvement is a must not just in business, but also in personal life. I am a practicing coach.I have developed mentoring, active listening, organizational, analytical and presentation skills during my work experience. I have good sense for observation, teamwork and people management.My ultimate professional goal is to become a leader, a coach in business management sciences and support leaders to grow further.
