Current• Oversee 2 regional offices (Atlanta and Nashville) and mobile branch in Mobile, Alabama. • Led creation of mobile line of business, and related infrastructure.• Drive YOY business growth while creating, managing, and executing business plans and communicating company vision and objectives to motivate teams.• Direct eight managers in development of service network, including implementation of quality requirements and operating standards.• Work with management, regional managers, and the compliance department to brainstorm, discuss strategy, and mitigate damages and driving violation issues.• Develop and maintain relationships with vendor customers and suppliers via feedback requests & direct communication.• Organize and optimize daily operations of warehouse and driving crews to ensure consistent on-time delivery.• Produce P&L reports to evaluate performance, adjust strategies and maintain agile, sustainable operations.• Modernize and improve operational procedures to increase efficiency and profitability while controlling costs such as labor and preventing waste.• Recruit and hire staff, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing• Boost team productivity and efficiency by leveraging top-notch drivers and installers’ abilities.• Designed model and procedures to reduce number of drivers/carriers needed to deliver heavy appliances, decreasing company’s costs.• Rolled out new software countrywide that modernized processes and brought AM to level of industry competitors.
