Leading global division critical projects to improve the overall customer experience. Primary focus is on quality improvement, lead time reduction, productivity/cost reduction and improving on-time delivery.Mentor and coach division green belt and yellow belt candidates. Support development of a pipeline of YB/GB team members able to drive business results. Lead training sessions as needed. Prepare GB/YB for certification.Capture, communicate and replicate successes and best practices across the Division and Hub Division. Drive standardization and consistency of approach. Work effectively with other BB in the division/ hub division to standardize processes and develop best practices. Support the updating of training materials as required. Prepare Lean Six Sigma gate-review presentations and set up reviews with BL MBB and leadership. Lead L6S initiatives within the division/ hub division, propose additional resources needed.
