This also includes asking for the site logbook to ensure there are no dangerous substances on the site that could cause health implications.Measured and surveyed the buildings and external areas for various schools, council buildings up and down the country including numerous London Borough CouncilsWorked on a project for the NHS 5 Boroughs Partnership. This involved the surveying of hospitals and doctors surgeries. Extra care was taken not to disturb the medical professionals and patients while carrying out the surveys. After site visits produce 2D floor plans and Ordinance Survey Plans. This includes drafting the properties I surveyed myself in AutoCAD.

Managed a team of drafters ensuring they were able to do their work without issues in order to meet deadlines. Assisting them and problem solving whilst being able to reach my own deadlines.Responsible for the training of a team of drafters on how to use AutoCAD. Worked on a high profile project for United Utilities, this involved taking existing raster maps that showed the entire underground and overhead electricity network within the northwest of England, and digitising them using AutoCAD.Responsible for finalising the CAD files so that they were ready for use by clients.Produced 2D floor plans, Ordinance Survey Plans and Building Elevations for council owned buildings using AutoCADWorked in Quality Assurance to ensure that all documents that came to the company were scanned in correctly and were readable. This was a very important responsibility as without this the AutoCAD technicians would not have been able to do their job properly.
