I am a Shareholder in a boutique seven attorney law firm located in Doylestown, Bucks County. My areas of practice include family law, Orphans’ Court litigation, criminal defense, and child dependency law. In addition to my private practice, I am currently serving as a Solicitor for the Bucks County Children & Youth Services Agency. My family law practice includes representing clients in domestic matters such as divorce, child and spousal support and child custody. I also draft and negotiate domestic contracts such as property settlement agreements and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.My Orphans’ Court practice includes litigating guardianship and termination of parental rights matters. I am regularly appointed by the Court to represent alleged incapacitated persons and children in Orphans’ Court and have served as guardian of individuals estates and persons. I previously spent 7 years in the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office where I served as an Assistant District Attorney until being promoted to the level of Chief Deputy District Attorney. While there, I prosecuted more than 1000 DUI cases and argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court. I was 1 of only 5 trial coordinators during my time in the DA’s Office and prosecuted homicide by vehicle and murder cases. I also served as the Chief of Narcotics Prosecutions for several years where I oversaw the prosecution of every drug related crime in Bucks County. I am a member of the Bucks County Bar Association and am currently serving as President of the Association. I previously served two 3 year terms as a member of the Board of Directors before serving as Board Secretary and Vice President.Before joining the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Bar Association, I served on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County.
