Performs Long Term Budget Reviews to identify needed requirements for the next 5 years and prioritizes budget uses. Identifies areas of concern and processes additional funding requests for areas that would degenerate the ability to operate at 100%. Part of the Command Management for Equal Opportunity (CMEO) board for NOSC Orlando to reduce/prevent harassment, assaults, and discrimination. Required 3 day training to maintain board membership every 3 years. Part of the Command Fitness Team, which provides nutrition, dieting, and workout recommendation in respect to Navy Fitness Instructions. Active participant in the NOSC Orlando IT squadron, specifically tasked with setting up and administrating SharePoint and server network (training pending). During Active Time, responsible for the shipyard safety, work schedule, planning, quality assurance, and other required work. Uses Project Management skills to help plan various projects, ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner (usually early), and uses negotiating skills to help get tasks back on track.

Only 1 of 5 Battery Technicians in the United States Navy, under direct representation of Naval Surface Warfare Crane Indiana, responsible for world deployment of vital battery and electrical assets. Responsible for formation, maintenance, and proper log keeping of 5.5 million dollars worth of electrical equipment. Developed a database for documenting data relevant for proper upkeep of battery life, which was instrumental determining battery usage problems.
