Through the course of my career, I've honed my skills in client services, research, sales, and brand and creative strategy driving innovation and brand differentiation across higher education.My career journey has included roles within educational non-profits, state government, and private industry, with core responsibilities spanning organizational management, sales leadership, client services, international education program development and execution, culminating in my long standing tenure with Creative Communication Associates' (CCA) where I've led both client services and the firm's research and brand strategy efforts. As a leading full-service marketing and communications agency serving higher education exclusively, we partner with colleges and universities to identify, articulate, and share their authentic brand positions to strengthen awareness and fuel enrollment growth.In my current role as President of CCA and member of our parent company's executive team (Noodle), I am dedicated to ensuring our success by advancing our mission of providing innovative brand and marketing solutions for our clients. I've had the privilege of building and leading high-performing, diverse teams and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation. I work closely with college and university presidents, boards of trustees, and marketing and advancement leaders to assess brand amplification opportunities, bringing critical alignment to diverse cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Together, we design and deploy data-driven marketing plans and award-winning brand and creative strategies that have produced record-breaking undergraduate and graduate enrollments, triple-digit YoY increases in event attendance and engagement, and record fundraising for advancement campaigns.I've been a frequent speaker at national AMA conferences and university partner events on emerging marketing trends, the impact of institutional milestones on brand awareness, and the role of higher education amidst the dynamic and rapidly evolving future of work.
