Closest off-campus student housing to the Georgia State Campus. - Delivered interiors of 144 units mixed use development, with floors 2-6 each being completed on time. - Responsible for 29 units/ floor, common/ study areas on each floor, and the corridors on each floor.

- General Superintendent on 48-unit, $5M gut renovation in Cochran, GA; which included renovation of manager’s unit/ maintenance shop, new 2,000 SF community center, and new open-air pavilion and gazebo- Created and implemented job schedule, coordinating all subcontractor work for entire project; verifying work was being quickly and correctly, all while maintain clean and safe jobsite- Created, identified, and completed all exterior Architect/ Owner punch work on 130 unit, 13 building$8M+ rehab in Smyrna, GA- Finish Superintendent on 130 unit, 15 building $8M+ rehab in Lawrenceville, GA, responsible for coordinating subcontractors, inspecting finish work/ trim and creating/ verifying punch lists for interior/ exterior work for all units in a phase.

- Diligently managed the daily operations and completion of 3 wagon wheel baseball parks totaling $5M+, managing up to 30 man crews at one time, for a total of 11 baseball fields; including grading, flatwork, irrigation, parking lot construction, & building completion, bringing them in on time and under budget- Directly controlled the completion of soccer/ track complex totaling $800K, managed crews up to 20 man crews at one time, including: laser grading for tennis, track, & soccer fields, sod installation, & retention pond construction- Assisted in the daily operations and completion of jobs ranging in size from $700K-$3M- Developed all the necessary documentation for completion of jobs: contracts, purchase orders, change orders.- Estimated building, dirt, & grading takeoffs using PayDirt software- Put together and completed the necessary bid documents per owners standards - Created job schedules for individual projects using the Critical Path Method and SureTrak scheduling software- Managed two projects in the $100K range, bringing them in on time and under budget
