I am a passionate team player with a mix of skills. Currently, I am working Data Conversion for FAST Enterprises for the Montana Vehicle Services project, which I absolutely love. I find that my communication and managerial skills are put to good use in the Conversion role.Data Conversion is a very unique job: it's technical, fast-paced, high-intensity, extremely collaborative, a little cowboy, and requires flexibility, which allows me to leverage my imagination. I find that the freedom to develop my own processes (as is a requirement for data conversion, since we form the crosswalk between two systems with entirely different data architectures) allows me to find unique solutions that serve the team/project since I am good at approaching problems from unexpected angles. I am a people-focused, technical person. I find that a focus on effective, clear communication, leadership, and teamwork solves far more problems that implementing "perfect" overly-intellectualized solutions. Efficiency isn't ... _always_ the highest priority. I get things done--without getting mired down, and without getting caught up in who's job is what: we all have a collective job to do, so lets do it together.If you give me access to Google, I can learn most any new technical skills which the job would require.
