I have worked in retail banking for nearly 7 years now. This has given me the ability to quickly adapt to numerous changes and to be able to change the way I converse with customers to build rapport. Working in banking has enabled me to hit targets, manage my own diary and work closely with other areas of the business to enable the best customer outcomes. I quickly become the person in the office if anyone has questions or needs to get something of their chest that people turn to. I have the ability to listen and offer professional advice to my colleagues to help them help themselves next time, whilst remaining approachable should the need arise.
