Key achievements include:Lead project manager/technical writer for design and implementation of web-based software application that managed both customer order design and operations/financial processes. The application was designed over a five year period and was the first of its kind in the home interiors industry. Application was adopted by Creative Touch Interiors in Arizona. Expanded Landmark Interiors from one to five locations over five years. Connecting all locations to a centralized corporate network LAN/WAN. Connecting locations to a centralized Active Directory.
