Financial Management/ Controller/ Mergers & AcquisitionsObjective is to meet profit and growth goals set by the CEO through cost containment, revenue growth, and effective management-Maximize return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.-Analyze financial performances and cost analyses for all departments; prepare monthly financial statements, recommend appropriate actions/changes in order to meet business goals.-Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors; assess any changes necessary.-Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process, administer and review all financial plans and budgets, monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status.
