Contributed to development of a strategic approach to stewardship and system improvement of the Victorian public pathology service, and utilised my extensive experience working in public pathology to inform goals and outcomes. Produced briefing material for Ministers, Secretary and senior department executives, project documentation and planning initiatives that aligned with the Pathology Reform Units strategic direction.
