I have worked within the Construction industry for the past 16 years after I was fortunate enough to land an apprenticeship following A-Levels. I learned the traditional way and in my opinion the best way by working on the drawing board before progressing to Auto Cad. Over the years I have progressed and worked on some big projects which I am very proud of. I have a passion for design work and creating quality, individual drawings and details. Presentation is of huge importance to me. I’m highly motivated and work well within a team which is essential whether within the practice or as a member of a larger design Team on a project. The construction industry is constantly evolving and there is always something new to learn and discover. I enjoy the challenges and wish to continue my progression in a career which I see as my long term future.I am into sports and keeping fit and although retired from Sunday League Football I play weekly five-a-side matches at the local gym. I enjoy Golf and Badminton and wish I had more time to play both. I have a passion for listening to good music and love Film. I am essentially a family man and fortunate to have two beautiful children who are my main interest outside of work and for what I am most proud of.Along with Carl Medd and Alan Evans I became Director at CAD Associates in February. It's a real honour to become a director of such an established company. I hope we can continue its great success and expand into new sectors moving the company forward into the next 30 years
