Also I strategically hired a consulting company to analyze the current business model and help put together a franchise model that was introduced to a national network of turf producers. This was beneficial as well, being able to leverage venders with national franchise model in order to cut COGS.

I was recruited to revitalize a dealership that had been in an annual loss situation. Within one year, the dealership was financially profitable for the first time in five years. The dealership continued to increased performance each consecutive year and in 2012, produced revenues in excess of 30 million. Being instrumental in hiring and training staff of over 40, resulting in low personnel turnover and increased productivity. Also directly supervised all departments, including sales, finance, accounting, service, parts, body shop. I was able to reduce total expenses by improving inventory turnover, contracting with more competitive suppliers, lowering fixed cost and upgrading facility to enhance energy savings. More importantly decreased accounts receivable by implementing new software and developing strategies to encourage prompt payment. We were able to expand and I redesigned and oversaw the building of a 36,000 sq. ft. facility to better suit the needs of the dealership. After completion, the dealership was featured in 2012 PACCAR Dealer Development as a model to all dealers in the US. Also was key in helping facilitate the sale of the dealership to ensure a smooth transition to new ownership.
