Recently, I founded EODynamics aiming to scale mine clearance capacity in Ukraine, starting with Augmented Reality training software. Prior EODynamics I founded HeroSight (product visualization of greentech hardware via mobile & XR) Both these ventures sharpened my ability to navigate uncertancies, complex B2B sales, and strategic skills. Proficient in complex decision-making, leadership, budgeting, fundraising, and digital strategy implementation.My career has moulded me into a generalist problem solver with industrial practice and C-level expertise, ideal for innovative leadership roles in challenging environments where rapid, collaborative, problem-solving action and mentality are essential. My skills and learnings also hold influences from years in maritime operations, including tanker ships and Port of Gothenburg, plus hostile environment experience and trauma medicine/risk management training obtained whilst working as a conflict journalist.
