Administration Allocation of tasks to construction workers. Coaching of cadet and subordinate team members. Call forward of all materials and Service Providers. Verification and approval of all invoices and orders. As required, liaise fully with the Customer Relations team regarding all progress and milestones during the course of Package Housing construction, including but not limited to issues raised by the customers.Labour/Service Providers Provide Prestart Meeting and ensure works are delivered in accordance with Tender document and Specification.Quality Assurance Establishment of quality first mentality amongst subcontractors. Non-conformance identification and follow through. Defect management "as you go". Management of defects lists. Defect free on completion / management of defect clearance inspection and progress. Sign off sheets implementation.HSE Site Supervisors are to implement the Workplace Risk Management Plan and construction work practice controls to provide, as far as is reasonably practical, a safe working environment for those persons under their area of control. Site Supervisors are responsible for: Understand and comply with the company's HSE Procedures and Policies Safe work practice production and implementation and review Continually assess and identify HSE hazards and risks for construction Work with other service providers to develop solutions to minimize and eliminate those risks Attend regular safety walks of area of responsibility and follow up action items Ensure that employees are provided with and use appropriate protective clothing and equipment Ensure that subcontractors adhere to their health, safety and environmental obligations Check of all plant, equipment and hazardous substances in accordance with established procedures Ensuring that their direct reports have clearly established roles and responsibilities
