As an IT Personnel, I bring a robust technical background and a proactive approach to managing and supporting a diverse range of IT systems. My role encompasses extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with network infrastructure, including CAT5/6 cabling, wireless networks, network switches, WAN/LAN, domain controllers, Active Directory, firewalls, and VPN applications.I actively coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless operation of critical systems such as Guest Internet, Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) systems, IPTV, and Telephony systems. This coordination ensures our guests and staff have reliable and efficient technological experiences.My responsibilities include overseeing and handling network configuration, servers, workstations, networking equipment, PABX, and email accounts. I provide daily support for IT systems, focusing on Oracle Hospitality Solutions like Micros Opera, Simphony POS, Infor SunSystems, and Materials Control. Regular backups and meticulous logging of IT systems are part of my routine to ensure data integrity and security.I assist in preparing and enforcing IT policies and procedures, contributing to a structured and efficient IT environment. Additionally, I set up audio-visual equipment for conferences, ensuring our guests have the tools they need for successful events.Responding promptly and accurately to IT issues is a core part of my role, providing basic end-user support for technical issues related to PC hardware, printers, peripherals, mobile devices (iOS and Android), and network connectivity.My experience and dedication ensure that the technological backbone of your organization operates smoothly, supporting both our guests and staff with reliable and effective IT solutions.
