Our group of skilled craftsmen gives us a unique balance of creativity and experience that helps us excel where others may fall short.My role at Engraphix continues to evolve as I gain more experience. Currently I oversee the company's operations team. This includes our production team and installation teams. I empower our employees with the ideals of servant leadership. I focus my energies to ensure each department has the information, materials, and information to create the high quality products we are known for.

As my experience increased at UPS my roles and responsibilities changed/increased. I began as a part-time supervisor for the pre-load shift then transitioned into a RMP/training/safety role. I was responsible for the initial 5 day training for all new hires on our shift. In addition to the training responsibilities was oversaw the team of employees that were trained to respond to hazardous package spills. I also led the supervisor leadership group for our shift and oversaw the safety programs and execution for our shift. These wide and varied roles gave me a wealth of experience in a fast paced work environment . The experiences and lessoned learned at UPS have honed my critical thinking skills and allow me to help any organization develop, plan and execute as a safe effective team.
