I have 20 plus years of maintenance experience in the hotel hospitality industry. I have held the position of Maintenance Supervisor for Ruhr Development Inc. from 2005 - 2017 and currently as Lead Maintenance Engineer at the Fairfield by Marriott and Hotel Winneshiek both located in Decorah IA. My skills include; Certified Pool Operator, Blueprint Reading, Project Management, Quality Control, General Construction and Problem Solving. I hold a H.S. Diploma from Thomas Roberts H.S. in Decorah IA, Business Administration related credits from Kirkwood Community College and a College Diploma from Northeast Iowa Technical Institute (currently Northeast Iowa Community College) in Calmar IA.I also served as Chairperson of the Decorah Cable Commission from 2002 thru 2016. Duties included negotiating a new franchise agreement with Mediacom for the City of Decorah. Which included the operations transition of the PEG channel from Mediacom to City of Decorah.Currently I am also the volunteer manager of the All Vet's Club in Decorah. I manage all aspects of running the club and oversee all kitchen operations.
