Daniel A. Kirschner focuses his practice on the representation of individuals and businesses in all areas of civil litigation, including, but not limited to, insurance coverage disputes, professional malpractice, extra-contractual liability (bad faith), premises liability, products liability, inadequate security, personal injury and wrongful death.Mr. Kirschner also has unique knowledge of federal Indian law, the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act and the Federal Tort Claims Act, and his experience includes representation of a federally recognized Indian tribe in diverse claims throughout the State of Florida.
