My first role in I.T Sales was with a small reseller called Mac and More.My role starting off working in Telesales. Provided quotes and support over the phone to customers who call in via our magazine advertisements in MacUser and MacWorld.After a year working in Telesales I was promoted to Account Manager and given some of the companies key accounts to manage. Most of the customers were educational bodies such as schools and colleges. The company had an excellent training program and I was sent on training days with Apple, Adobe, Macromedia and Symantec. They also provided in house training which included telephone support and onsite response support.
