Current•Comprehensive College Guidance: Provide personalized guidance to students on all aspects of the college application process, including college selection, application strategy, essay writing, and financial aid.•Individualized Student Support: Conduct individual counseling sessions with students to assess their academic and extracurricular strengths, interests, and goals, and develop customized college admission plans.•Test Preparation Assistance: Offer guidance and resources to help students prepare for standardized tests like the SAT and ACT, including test-taking strategies, practice exams, and study plans.•Building Relationships with Colleges and Universities: Foster relationships with college admissions representatives to advocate for our students, facilitate campus visits, and stay informed about admissions trends and requirements.•Application Tracking and Outcome Analysis: Track students' application progress and outcomes, analyze admission trends, and provide data-driven insights to inform program improvements and strategic planning.•Financial Aid and Scholarship Support: Assist students in navigating the financial aid process, including completing the FAFSA and CSS Profile, identifying scholarship opportunities, and evaluating financial aid packages.•Parent and Community Engagement: Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide support and resources for students throughout the college admissions journey.•Professional Development and Continuous Learning: Stay current on industry best practices and trends in college admissions counseling through professional development opportunities, conferences, and networking events.
