Companies need to utilize their data more efficiantly by letting systems communicate with each other without human interactions. Live data should be visible for decition makers at all time, and systems like Excel and email should be cept at a minimal level. Robots disrupted the production industry, low-code/no-code technology will disrupt even more by open up a new world of possibilities.

Even skilled sales-people have their strengths and weeknesses, and our focus was to work together and help each other so we could perform at highest possible level for our customers. As a team we increased revenue, project size and customer satisfaction during the last years.

Bridging sales and engineering!No day is the same when working with humans, but my job is to connect with different desition makers and look at complex situations who can be solved with our advanced composite beam and column. My giveaways are great learning from experienced architects, engineers and other stakeholders who possess great knowledge from many years in the industry.

Part-time beside studies, full-time from June to September

These tubs are more complex than most understand, and my job was to select the correct tub for the customers' needs. By having hundreds of models to choose from, I always used an hour or three to really get to the bottom of their requirements. Sometimes that required me to visit their place, take photos, come with ideas and so on. My all-time-high sales numbers were due to high focus on follow-ups, actively handling hundreds of leads at the same time, in addition to always provide service for the customer. I still help those who call me, four years after I quit. I still get a hug when I meet them randomly, because I really cared and I helped them to get better wealth and health.

My work is to get overview of potential customers within building contractors, restaurants, residential builders insofar directing sales to these markets. I do follow-ups, and write reports directly to headquarters in Oslo. I also prepare budgets and strategic plans for achieving the goal of greater marketshares in this area, and the establishment of business (local work place and more employees)
