I worked as a remote Large Communication Systems Technician.I would troubleshoot hardware failures and software problems that our customers were having with their equipment, dispatching field technicians to repair hardware components, and worked directly with our customers Nationwide from our Call Center located in Westminster Colorado.Before working in the Call Center, I worked as a Electronic Technician, troubleshooting Circuit Cards that were used in the Communication Systems that I later worked with in the Call Center.I worked as a section team leader in the factory helping employees with any troubles they were having with their test equipment and repairs, and generally making sure everything went smoothly.I did all this for 32 years before retiring on September 30, 2006.
