I prepare and cross-check statistics, reports, and statements for our clients. Additionally, I play a key role in supporting and conducting training for new colleagues, ensuring their seamless integration within the team.Addressing client inquiries, and complaints, is also a significant aspect of my responsibilities. I perform related administrative tasks such as data entry and correspondence, always adhering to standard operating procedures provided by management.A critical part of my role is to ensure that our Service Desk meets all SLA compliance requirements, demonstrating an ownership mentality toward customer needs. This includes enforcing quality standards, relevant directives, regulations, and processes.Moreover, I actively contribute to promoting adherence to required quality and efficiency indicators, ultimately supporting profitable operations. I meticulously check the accuracy of data provided to clients and talents, promptly escalating unresolved cases to higher levels when necessary.Furthermore, I assist in planning and participating in resourcing activities as needed, demonstrating a proactive approach to meeting organizational goals.
