Responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of the Split Balance Sheets for the new group of investors in Brazil (STYRON Do Brazil). Once the Project was completed, the main results were:To be the focal point, performing the kick-off, responsible for leading and following the preparation and presentation of the spin-off balance sheets.Coordination of the direction assigned to different teams from different departments of the company in its preparation.Management and holding of meetings with leaders from different areas of Dow with the objective of updating details of the business separation process, in order to report the progress of the project and minimize inconveniences.
