Currently my responsibilities include but are not limited to the management of all production testing operations on multi-well pads. I act as a supervisor to a team of highly trained Wellsite Operators in order to meet the needs of oil producers in the safest and most effective manner possible. My position also requires that I ensure that Wellsite Operators and other service company employees are well versed on any potential hazards and initiate controls for those hazards in order to negate or mitigate risk. On regular occasion the need arises for on site training of new procedures of which I am responsible for as well. I am tasked with ensuring that any and all EH&S procedures, such as documentation, implementation, communication and training are implemented and all parties involved fully understand the hazards and safe course of action to take when performing tasks. I document all production testing procedures which occur with in the course of a 12 hour shift and report them in chronological order to my superiors. In order to ensure client satisfaction I keep meticulous notes regarding natural gas returns, fluid returns, PH of fluids, salinity, water weight, H2S results, Etc. It is required that I have a full working knowledge of all equipment associated with production testing and also have the skill set required to configure and assemble the equipment for any application. Some of the applications I am familiar with include but are not limited to Frac Support, Work Over Drill Out, Coil Drill Out, Flow Back, Etc. Quite frequently I am trained on the workings of client specific Production Facilities in order to monitor these facilities on behalf of our clients.
