A recent focus on the Oracle EPM Cloud products has included enterprise-wide implementations of Enterprise Planning (EPBCS), Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS), Accounts Reconciliation (ARCS), Narrative Reporting (EPRCS), and Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), along with integration and governance facilitated by Enterprise Data Management (EDM), the EPM Integration Agent and epmautomate.For over 20 years, I have been implementing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting solutions for Fortune 100 companies across many industries. My focus has always been on the Oracle/Hyperion EPM and BI products, and we continue to provide support and enhancements to the on-premises investments of our client, including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, FDM, DRM, and the related integration and reporting tools. I have found that converting clients from legacy solutions often requires significant effort and coordination to ensure all requirements are tracked and met. I have a thoroughly tested set of tools in this area and have used it to find success on numerous engagements, across multiple software and hardware platforms. My skills have been enriched in over 40 full life-cycle implementations, from establishing scope, requirements gathering and design, enabling a streamlined and interactive development phase, followed by driving client adoption through testing, training, go-live and support.
