Manage Department leads, preach, and connect people. Casting vision for the future, and gathering teams together to make every Sunday an impactful day for the people attending our Church. I manage team Department Leads for Guest Services, Kids program, Youth group, Production, Connections, Small Groups, Security and Set Building.

Until January 2012, I was purely a volunteer. At that point, I was brought on part time and put in charge of our Sunday morning kids program, which includes kids from 0-12, and our youth program, which is 12-20. Between the two departments,I am im charge of 100 volunteers. Casting vision, empowering them to succeed, building a team, keeping them informed, creating content, and speaking publicly are all a big part of what this job requires of me.

I do not sell a product or a company. I just build relationships. My role includes building a larger customer base, managing those new accounts, and keeping customers happy and informed on the progress of their products. Sometimes this includes fabricating in the shop.

Learned TIG and MIG welding fabrication on commercial kitchen ware, and high tech sheet metal products. This included tube frames, stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, galvanized and copper. Many of our projects had high tolerances, often as little as .005". While working here, I learned hand layout, and ran an Amada Turret Punch Press for a little over a year.
