I worked as a senior software engineer and technical team lead in a software engineering team working mostly on cloud based applications supporting the field services needs. I was responsible for the communication and coordination between the stakeholders and the rest of the team. I worked on setting up the coding standards and development processes and also played a key role in the hiring process.I lead the development of a few smaller PREDIX based projects and a bigger transition when the team was able to successfully take the ownership of several API's meanwhile we changed the complete tech stack of the product along with the majority of the development processes and connected services.

As a core software engineer, later senior engineer and area expert my main responsibilities were to design, develop and manage new features for the next product releases, to work on fixing bugs and to re-factore already existing modules. As a senior engineer I did peer reviews in the team, final reviews for the bug fixes created by the support team belongs to my product area. During the feature development I took care about the whole lifecycle of the component meaning the architectural design, the actual implementation and all the unit and integration tests. Also did many mentoring, training work.

I was a member of the EMEA support team as a LVL2 enginner. My tasks were to addres customer issues and escalations from LVL1 and I also played a role between the support and the engineering teams several times.

I started as an Intern but when I graduated at the university I became a full time PA. I worked in the CRM-Sales area and developed maily integration projects for various business needs. I was involved in the full lifecycle of the development which means everything from the requirement gathering to the post release support. The role also included travelling and daily contact with business customers.
