Accountable for the overall performances and day-to-day operations as Head of Department, Program Management under the newly formed Higher Education Division, my duties involved securing accreditation with identified partners/government agencies, internal & external program/product feasibility research and preparation for market penetration.Other key responsibilities: • Establishing departmental KPIs as Head of Department• Financial costing and forecast in accordance with allocated fiscal year budget• Customer service - Feedback/complaint management and analysis of collected data to improve customer satisfaction & retention• Key appointment as sole management representative for attaining business excellence standardsAchievements: • Successfully lead the organization to achieve the 4 years EduTrust certification status• Pioneering member in establishing all operational and associated corporate governance for the newly formed Division

Functioning as Director of this division with services in providing professional programmes at corporate level and for the public, I am held accountable in meeting key business goals which includes identifying and developing new business streams through sound business plan, seeking out accreditation schemes to strategic partnership with government bodies/ministries/councils and brand building.

Responsible for leading the organisation in area of operation readiness through deriving a set of performance measurement metric in quality assurance and quality management framework, and to meet standards set by the appointed government statutory board overseeing the private education industry.This function also requires me to play a crucial role in formulating and enforcing written operating procedures and policies across all departments within the organisation, training of staff, carry out reviews and internal audit at management and departmental levels, implementing improvement plans to critical areas in “Management Commitment & Responsibilities”, “Corporate Governance & Administration” and “Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Results” with aim to meet the organisation’s key strategic goals. As member of senior management team managing the daily operations of the organisation, reporting directly to the CEO, other key functions include: - Overseeing and assisting in the performance of the Admin & Finance department- Supporting Marketing department through online campaign strategies, performance analysis and implementation to increase brand awareness- Planning and consolidation of yearly departmental key performance Indicator into action plans with respective departmental heads- Operations budgeting forecast & resource planning- Linkup with academic department to secure accreditation, articulation and/or programme partnership arrangements with selected Universities- Achievements: • Lead the organization to achieve the 4 years EduTrust certification which is given to a private educational institution for having achieved commendable performance in key areas of management and the provision of educational services. • Lead the team in preparation to secure accreditation of BA programmes • Appointed as Director of one of the subsidiary company to head the business unit with services in providing professional short courses
