- Setting the direction of the PMO. Develop and establish PMO goals, priorities, and strategies that are aligned with the company's broader strategic goals.- Project Portfolio Management. Oversee the entire portfolio of projects, ensure they are prioritized, resourced, and effectively managed, and ensure their value and revenue to the company.- Process and Methodology Standardization. Creating and maintaining standard project management methodologies, processes, and templates for consistent project execution.- Performance Tracking and Reporting. Define KPIs, monitor project performance and health, and prepare regular reports for top management.- Risk Management. Implement a risk management system for the project portfolio, ensuring that potential risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, and communicated appropriately.- Team Leadership. Lead and support the PMO team, maintaining a culture of collaboration, and fostering professional development.- Continuous Improvement. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO by reviewing and improving processes and practices, and implementing lessons learned from project experiences.- Training and Development. Develop training programs and mentoring initiatives to improve project management skills and competencies within the organization.

As part of my work at Steelkiwi, I have already worked on eight projects. Some of them have long grown into products and operating businesses, and still continue to be developed for more than 2 years using the Agile development model and business driven development.
