About Daniel Koman

Leveraging a diverse skillset honed from nearly 20 years in the heavy-duty truck industry, I am passionate about using software to automate repetitive tasks in order to increase efficiency and save time. My recent expertise includes developing and maintaining a wide range of custom PLM applications and services, utilizing various software layers and programming languages (including, but not limited to, C#, C++/Arduino, Python, VBA, Java, and bash) to solve costly problems. I've also worked with REST APIs, developing custom ones from scratch and utilizing existing ones. I'm well-versed in version control and code collaboration with Git. Some of my hobbies include hiking, mountain biking, and fiddling with microcontrollers (Arduino, Raspberry Pi) to do cool stuff.If I'm not learning, I'm not growing - and I am excited to bring this mindset to new opportunities in the automation space and beyond.
