Current• Manages the tasks and leads the people of the service department (38 employees) to ensure that thecustomers needs are met resulting in 100% satisfied customers• Focus on business development, process improvement and employee satisfaction.• Inspects, measures and is accountable to all activities of the service department including departmentfinances, customer service, production, personnel and facility.• Train Service department personnel to ensure State, Federal and company policies are being followed.• Perform T.O on declines• Perform exit interviews with customers to enforce CSI, Google reviews and ensure sales.
