Warehouse Executive
CurrentPerform various aspects of warehouse functions including counting, pick, put away, packing, cycle counts and annual stock audit of aviation components for accurate customer order processing.Follow and ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures.Process customer orders in an efficient and accurate manner in order to prepare for shipping, while meeting or exceeding departmental goals for production and quality.Assist and perform with daily picking, packing, counting of products for shipments.Process customer orders in an efficient and accurate manner.Help to maintain cycle count, annual inventory check, inventory spreadsheets, databases.Make appropriate inventory adjustments through WMS.Ensure product is kept neat and in an orderly fashion per 5S methods.Ensure shipments are packaged properly to prevent damage.Maintain integrity of shipped paperwork with ERP system.Ensure shipping compliance with all federal and regulatory shipping and export requirement.Standby AOG shipment/Undertake any ad-hoc duties / responsibility as and when is needed.Other duties as assigned.Ability to work occasional overtime.Ability to pass pre-screening aptitude test for data entry, recognition and math skills.Ability to meet or exceed quality and performance metrics.Experience with general warehouse equipment forklift, pallet jack, wrap.Capable of working well independently and within attendance guidelines.
