 Served as the lead person in mobilization process by establishing VSLA groups in each of the intervention communities in Dass, Bauchi, and Darazo LGAs. Support in building the capacity of VSLA groups using the training manual and guidelines. Provide and support capacity building for VSLA groups on entrepreneurship development in all the assigned locations of project intervention. Support in conducting high level advocacy, awareness and sensitization to stakeholders and other religious groups for sustainability. Support in carrying out selection criteria of actual beneficiaries through community consultation with community leaders and other existing community structures. Conduct regular field monitoring and evaluation of VSLA activities and ensure VSLA groups are strengthened to ensure sustainability and functionality. Support and conduct mapping of VSLA groups using mobile application for data capturing and analysis on monthly basis. Write monthly technical reports, weekly progress reports, work plan and quarterly reports on the progress of the project implementation. Also shared project progress that includes Action pictures, recommendation, lessons learned, and best practices with the project Manager. Support and provide technical support to the LGA Agriculture department to ensure Livelihood intervention programme are implemented as planned on the log framework. Provide technical support to the project manager in drafting project reports for donors and analysis of data using STATA software for presentation. Support MEAL team in the analysis of beneficiary data for presentation and documentation.
