Investigating projects on different stages of development for acquisition.Due-diligence process, financial and legal analysis of potential investments. Coordination of development process with architects, legal specialists, QS.Contact with local authorities, country developers, law offices, architectural offices, potential tenants, representation of company on fairs and conferences.

Preparing land acquisition process including: searching plots, due diligence study, legal situation study. Cooperation with architects, leasing team to elaborate proper plot development plan.Negotiation of land acquisition contracts. Presentation of investment opportunities to Management Board.Building and maintaining relationships with property sellers, developers, agencies and municipalities.Monitoring real estate market, creating and maintaining company land database.
