Employed in the Geology and Geophysics (G&G) Department, working in the Ocean Bottom Seismograph (OBS) Group• The OBS Group as of 2018 has been contracted by the National Science Foundation (NSF) to be a national facility for OBS work, Ocean Bottom Seismograph Instrument Center (OBSIC)• The OBS Group was part of the Ocean Bottom Seismograph Instrument Pool (OBSIP) funded by NSF, prior to my start date in 2008 thru 2018• OBS Mechanical Shop Supervisor• Aid in maintenance, deployment, recovery and turnaround of the OBS instruments as well• Aid in design of components and full instrumentation• Typically oversee a small group when preparing for a cruise• Responsible for all logistics. • Duties involved all aspects of dredging and maintenance, working in a department of four people including myself.• Typically operating a 20’ skiff, moving swing anchors, moorings, and tending dredge pipe. Occasionally operating the push-boat, pushing the 50’ dredge or 70’ crane barge• Some others duties included operating a front-end loader, working around cranes, as well as routine maintenance on all pieces of equipment.• Front-end loader work included: grading of beaches/dredge spoils, tending dredge pipe on land including the transition from land to water, etc.• Assisted in before and after dredging hydrographic surveys.• Filled in for Leverman when required operating an Ellicott Series 670 “Dragon” Dredge.• This full time position required working in all weather conditions as well as dealing with varying degrees of boat traffic.

• Duties involved all aspects of transferring investor and servicing rights to new loan servicers.• Serviced approximately 300-500 loans per month.• Responsible for all aspects of payment processing, which included payment postings, forwarding payments to new servicers, collections, customer service calls, assignments, and verification of mortgages.• Designed layout of many reports charting loan and employee activity; continued responsibility of reporting on state and broker volume.• Responsible for the approval and renewal process of appraisal companies.• Assisted with the outsourcing of the servicing department; continued responsibilities had included the weekly upload of loans onto their system as well as being there main interface on day to day activities.

• Appointed to the position of Deputy Tree Warden in recognition of service.• Duties included all road and roadside maintenance, working with a team of people as well as on individual self directed projects.• Assisted Tree Warden with special projects, including the direction and instruction of AmeriCorps volunteer groups, maintenance of town properties and invasive species control.• Proficient in arborist work – climbing, tree felling, pruning, general chainsaw/chipper maintenance, etc.• Duties involved driving Class B trucks, operating backhoes, front-end loaders, various tractors, Ford Johnston street sweeper, catch-basin cleaner, as well as a variety of hand tools both powered and manual.
