I launched a new restaurant in the heart of the old town in Košice, Slovakia, where I took on multiple roles, managing HR, food and beverage, CEO, and sales functions single-handedly. Working closely with the chef, we crafted what has become on of the top-rated restaurant in the city.

I contributed to the reopening of a thermal hotel in June 2022, actively participating in the renovation process by providing operational insights. Collaborated with the chef to curate the food menu and independently developed the drinks and cocktail menu. My primary objective was to elevate the hotel from a 3-star to a 4-star rating. Additionally, I managed various departments, including housekeeping and maintenance.

I led the reopening of a nightclub in Budapest, successfully transforming it into one of the top venues in the city. I played a key role in securing licenses and permissions, curated the drink menu, and oversaw the hiring of new staff. Additionally, I organized events and parties, while maintaining strong relationships with partners, suppliers, DJs, and event organizers.
