Hi, I’m Dan—I help companies disrupt traditional learning through bold, creative solutions that inspire meaningful change for employees, customers, and the business. I’m currently Director of Product at Maestro, a learning innovation company. I provide account and strategic support for clients of our powerful learning platform, Loop. Along with managing product direction, I also support our Strategy and Sales teams. Additionally, I am a Partner and Product Manager at Array, a 3D technology company, focused on helping organizations best show of their products.I’m an innovative tech leader motivated to build game-changing solutions, drive strategy, and produce business results—all while understanding the science of how people actually learn. Since 2014, I’ve helped drive change through learning for some of the most innovative organizations out there, including Royal Caribbean, Johnson & Johnson, and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC).I have a Master’s of Science, Exercise Science, and Sports Medicine from Western Michigan University. After a successful career pivot, I can confirm that I love problem-solving, whether it’s for businesses or athletes—both are all about improving performance. When I’m not at work, find me spending time with my wife and four kids, teaching Elementary Sunday School at my church, or habitually lifting weights.
