Building and numerical analysis (FEA) of car seats. Preparing mesh for dynamic and static simulation in HyperMesh, according to different OEM specification. Creating simulations of real tests to check conformity of product with international passive safety standards of vehicles and vehicle occupant protection systems and then reporting it. Usage of reports from hard tests in correlation process. Daily contact with a French client, contact with international clients (India, China and Brazil team).Good knowledge, experience and daily using of softwares:- LSTC LS-DYNA explicit, implicite;- HyperMesh, HyperView from Altair HyperWorks package;- Basics of programming for engineering usage.Main responsibilities:- Performing nonlinear FEM analysis of crash and static tests;- Building, modifications and improvements of numerical models ;- Creating and analysing discreetized models;- Developing seat structures and mechanisms using FEA tools;- Giving feedback with improvements proposals;- Participating to the test analysis and making correlation;- Reporting; Show less
