As a duty manager I am in charge of running the store and managing my fellow teamates. I also have to deal with suppliers and any customer complaints that are brought to my attention. While I have also started my Operations training in the store and am looking forward to the experience from the role my daily responsibilities for that will be things like general safety of the store, dealing with my contractors and making sure all filling is up to date and our safety file is in order I recently had to deal with my first safety Audit and that gave me an amazing perspective into the position.
