I was the assistant to the Secretary General and President and my responsiblities included typing meeting minutes and assisting in their workload by handling paperwork such as venue reservation and schedule coordination

Processed and evaluated applications of incoming members Maintained the database of member informationOrganized Events to facilitate engagement

Headed the planning and execution of the Ateneo League of Physicists Recreational Week which culminated in the Ateneo Physics Department General Assembly. Responsibilities included facilitating regular meetings with the core team and overseeing the timely submissions of required deliverable, development of partnerships with the Physics Department, Philippine Astronomical Society for the stargazing portion of the event, Manila Observatory for the venue, and student performers.

I facilitated a fun program for the members of the organization to demonstrate their physics prowess in a series of building challenges revolving around physics concepts. My responsibilities at this time included the development of the programs, handling the paperwork in obtaining the permission to secure the venue and the budget for the materials, and coordinating the responsibilities of others involved in the project.

Worked in the online set up to assist in the planning and execution of membership engagement events.
