Areas of Responsibility:- Definition and Achievements of Goals and Milestones for the department- Strategic alignment of Sales- Operative planning and controlling of all marketing and sales activities- Interdisciplinary solution guidance and decision making in the decision gremium „Organization Middle“- Bilingual and intercultural team resource responsibility for Sales and Marketing- Leadership and development of 12 employees located in Austria, Great Britain, France and the United StatesScope of Work:- Representation of the company according to laws and social regulations- Development and maintenance, and planning of internal and external resources, team members, and stakeholders- Continuous collection and communication of important internal and external developments in association with the organization- Monitoring of budget compliance, sales performance, employee capacity, equipment - Responsibility for circle-internal and organization-wide decisions- Representation of the company in a wholesome, entrepreneurial, and economical perspective

Supporting Tele customers in the North American Territory to adopt TELE’s portfolio to their applications and needs in different industrial fields. Creating a sales network nationwide and increasing visibility of the company’s brand name on the U.S. market.

Acquiring sales opportunities and potential technical solutions for future markets in the electrical energy sector. Focusing on grid stability, load shifts and energy distribution, Tele is actively cooperating with companies and global players in different sectors of clean energy generators.

Responsible for all sales activities in Southern Germany (Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg), including the development of a regional sales network for small scale customers and end users of Tele monitoring and timer relays.Furthermore assisting top customers with their visions of increasing liability, efficiency and security levels of their applications and products.
