• Monitor qRadar throughout the day watching for possible security offenses. Investigate offenses for possible malicious activity using OpenDNS, urlQuery and virustotal. Update offense database using emails from Centers.
• Manage bi-annual JSM compliance submission showing that security and access settings are compliant according to CMS rules. Request configuration validation data from other IT departments. Manually validate procedures.
• Monitor daily access activity to our system. Create daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports for internal and external auditing as well as CMS.
