Crowne Plaza Hotel – 10 Albert EmbankmentCurrently working on the fit out of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Vauxhall. I was initially brought on board to manage the ground floor, basement and sub-basement areas. These areas combined both front of house and back of house areas. Front of house facilities included high specification reception, bar, dining room gym, club lounge and meeting room areas. Following handover to the Client I went on to manage the sky terrace which was a high-end restaurant with external terrace. The Fisheries – Hackney.Construction of a four-story post tensioned concrete frame. The building was multi-functional providing offices at basement and ground floor levels with 31 flats above. I oversaw party wall erection and construction of flats including fit out. 45 Millharbour Canary WharfConstruction of a new build residential building with basement plant rooms and car park areas, commercial units on the ground floor and 138 apartments above. The project was undertaken on a Construction Management contract. My role was to oversee the internal fit out of the apartments.

I joined Creation – X to run a couple of timber frame projects for Newham Council. This position offered me the opportunity to manage projects from the initial setting out of foundations right through the construction of the envelope and internal finishes and onto completion. I was responsible for the site logistics including material deliveries, storage and stock control systems.
